Surrey's recreation facilities offer a variety of programs for all ages, abilities and fitness levels. Whether you're a beginner looking to ease into a new fitness routine or looking for a new way to stay fit, you'll find it in our modern, well-equipped facilities, led by experienced instructors.

Recreation Facility Features

  • weight rooms with strength training and cardio machines

  • fitness classes like indoor cycling, Zumba, pilates, bootcamp and more!
  • wellness classes like yoga, Tai Chi and meditation
