  • Swim - Deep Water Aqua 7:15AM - 8:00AMexpand

    Main Pool - Shallow 12.5m - Lane 2B:  Experience a zero-impact workout that helps participants develop their cardio, strength and endurance. This course takes place only in the deep end of the pool. Float belts are provided. 

  • Swim - Shallow Water Aqua 7:15AM - 8:00AMexpand

    Main Pool - Shallow 12.5m - Lane 5B:  Challenge yourself with this higher impact Aquafit workout that helps further develop your cardio, strength and endurance. Previous Aquafit experience is recommended but not required.

  • Drop In Fitness: Body Sculpt - 13+ 10:00AM - 11:00AMexpand

    Weight Room:  Use a variety of equipment and exercises in this strength training workout. 

11:00AM

  • Drop In Fitness: Circuit Training - Adult 11:15AM - 12:15PMexpand

    Weight Room:  Move from station to station in the weight room. Use a variety of equipment to improve cardio and strength. 

12:00PM

  • Swim - Drop In Aquafit Mild - 13+ 12:15PM - 1:00PMexpand

    D. Deck D:  Enjoy a controlled, low-impact Aquafit session that combines slow movements with strength, power and muscle conditioning. No previous Aquafit experience is necessary. All skill levels are welcome.

South Surrey Indoor Pool is 37 metres long with 6, 25-metre lanes and a dive tank with two diving boards. There's also a children's pool, a whirlpool and two dry heat saunas.

Facility Features

Our facility has a variety of aquatic fitness options including:

  • Aquafit (both shallow and deep water)
  • Water walking
  • Water running
  • Baby-friendly aquafit and performance training
  • Public swim times include our Inflatable starfish, giant Omni balls and inner tubes

Drop In Schedule

All patrons will be required to present a Recreation Passcard before entering a City of Surrey Indoor Pool.

Additional Public Swim Times

In addition to the Summer Aquatic Drop-in Schedule, we are adding the following public swim times:

  • Monday to Thursday at 5:00pm to 6:30pm
  • Friday at 3:30pm to 6:30pm

Hot Tub & Diving Board Closure

  • The hot tub will be closed on Friday, August 9 and Tuesday, August 13 from 6:00am until early afternoon for maintenance.
  • The diving board will be closed until further notice.

Accessibility

South Surrey Indoor Pool has the following features:

  • Automatic door provides access to change room
  • Aquatic (pool) wheelchair
  • Accessible stalls with hand-held shower, grab bars and benches
  • Portable pool lift  with sling (300lb capacity) for accessing the pool and hot tub
  • Adapted life jacket
  • Level access to sauna

The weight room features inclusive equipment such as Progression Fitness medicine balls (medicine balls with straps), a Dual Cable Cross machine, a recumbent elliptical and our inclusive fitness kit. The inclusive fitness kits include Active Hands, weight-lifting hooks, loop resistance bands & wrist/ankle weights.
