Break Dance

A drop-in time specifically to practice breakdancing! Practice, learn and improve with peers and become part of a friendly, inclusive dance community. No prior dance experience required. All levels welcome.

Surrey Youth Showcase: Basketball Tournament

This event is part of the Surrey Youth Showcase.

Calling all youth 13-18 years! Get a team together and show your basketball skills in this friendly competition.

Adapted Youth Cooking Workshop

Have fun in the kitchen while learning life skills and cooking essentials! This inclusive workshop is designed for youth to socilaize, and gain safety skills and confidence in the kitchen. For youth with disabilities ages 12-18. This workshop is a 1:3 ratio of support staff to youth. External support is asked to attend, if 1:1 support is required. Registration required.

Arbor Day Tree Planting

Celebrate Arbor Day by planting trees to grow Surrey’s urban forest.

City of Surrey Volunteer Interview

Calling all youth age 14+ who want become a City of Surrey Volunteer!

Complete your volunteer onboarding at this volunteer group interview for accounts such as: 0-18 (Summer Day Camp opportunities), City-Wide Special Events (Canada Day, Fusion Festival), Aquatics, Arenas, Parks, and more.

Please note, you must fill out an application online prior to attending the interview, and then sign up for an interview time slot.

Volunteer to enhance Surrey’s urban forest. Get your hands dirty removing invasive plants and litter from a local park. Tools, training and snacks provided.
